These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Audora, operated by Metalmedia Group i Sverige AB, org. no. 559084-6662 ("Audora", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Audora's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary policies referenced herein.
Supplementary policies (forming part of these Terms):
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
- Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
- Refund Policy
- Distribution Terms
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
- Sub-Processor Registry
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Audora's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all supplementary policies listed above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Audora's YouTube features use the YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
Audora provides music distribution to more than 140 streaming services and stores, release promotion and campaign planning, and content creation tools (some of which use AI to generate artwork and text) for independent artists and music creators.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at hello@audora.music.
4. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all rights to the content you create using our platform. However, you grant Audora a limited license to:
- Distribute your music to selected streaming platforms
- Display your content for promotional purposes within our platform
- Process and store your content as necessary to provide our services
Material you bring in from elsewhere. Audora can copy cover artwork, photos, logos and release details from other services where your music is already published, but only after you confirm it. By confirming, you represent and warrant that you own that material or are authorised by its rights holders to use it on Audora, and you grant Audora the same licence over it as over content you upload. If you are not sure you hold those rights, do not confirm; you can upload your own material instead. You are responsible for any claim that arises from material you confirmed, and Audora will remove material on a valid rights-holder request.
5. AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content (images, text, videos) created through our platform belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Distribution Services
Distribution to streaming platforms is available on paid subscription plans. Distribution is subject to approval by respective platforms and must meet industry-standard quality requirements. Full distribution terms are set out in the Distribution Terms.
7. Credits and Payments
Credits are used to generate AI content and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Credits you buy never expire. On paid plans, unused monthly credits do not expire and roll over up to three times your monthly allowance. On the free plan, monthly credits do not carry over: they are set to the plan's monthly allowance at each monthly reset, and any unused monthly credits from the previous month are not retained. Prices include VAT where it applies; your receipt shows the VAT charged. Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Use our services for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
- Engage in artificial or fraudulent streaming, or manipulate engagement metrics
- Use automated systems to access our services without authorization
Full details are set out in the Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy.
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), users and third parties may report potentially illegal or infringing content via our Content Takedown Request form. Reports are reviewed and actioned in compliance with DSA Article 16 requirements.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
You may also request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data from Account Settings → Privacy & Data. Account deletion requests are subject to a 30-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel the request. After the cooling-off period, your data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Audora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
